The more you grow up, more you think about the elderliness , more about senility, started moving towards gloominess. As you grow your mind started growing, collecting different experiences, becoming more wiser, learning from your own mistakes, enriching with more knowledge, moving towards being more intelligent human being.
Whenever you meet someone younger to you, you feel little elderly, on the other hand whenever you meet a person older to you, gives you a sudden feeling that you are still young, if that person is full of life, vitality, very energetic, successful and zippy, you feel motivated, and sometimes jealous also. Thus, age as such has no definition, every age is appropriate to do anything, to explore new options, start new ventures, learn more, try different things, develop new skills, participate in sports, can reach the new heights, touch the new horizons, explore and achieve more.

Robert Marchand , a French cyclist and centenarian, known for participating his sport and setting various age records for age categories over 100 years, turned 109 on 26th November.
All of sudden you realise that you have crossed forty or fifty or more years of age, you become sad, a little less passionate about the life, you start feeling yourself less energetic for trying something new. You slow down your gait a little bit with the fear of falling down and start thinking what will happen if your children be not settled or get married till the age of your retirement, and fear of losing your job and the biggest fear that people normally come across is that they would not be in the position of starting something new.

My father, who is in his seventies very fond of writing the poetry, whenever I ask him that when he will realise his poetry book, he always replied that the day he would attain eighty years, he would release his poetry book. I know the other persons of his age who are very clear about their passions and missions. Only those who are in late forties or early fifties get confused. Both birth and death are not in our hands, so why to worry about the thing about which we have no knowledge, spend your life in the way you want to spend. Shape it according to your choice, happiness is a choice, it’s not a dependency, so why feel sad or shattered if you have to travel alone.
Ageing gracefully is a mantra, that everyone needs to learn. Do whatever you want to do. Meet the persons whom you ever wanted to meet, visit the places where you have dreamt of. Wear whatever you like the most. Dance, sing or do whatever you want to do, you are not here to show the people that you are here, make your presence on this planet meaningful, help the fellow beings in your own way, every contribution of yours is uniquely yours. Only few are blessed with long lives, take the advantage of that and live life in a gratuitous manner.

For living, living instinct is very important. With living instinct, one survives the worst. The Universe helps us to have the positive in our life, as soon as we wish for somethings, all the forces of universe with all its energies join in our hands to make the things possible.
Age is no bar for your dreams and planning is very important for that. Never stop learning age is just a number, you can start from where you are. Go with the flow, few things take a little longer to change eventually change to bring the new hues. Our optimism helps us in our blues.
