Whenever I am confused, I close my eyes for few seconds, silent my mind, stop thinking about anything waste and negative, start focusing on the best moments of my life, think about the persons whom I love and adore most, ignoring the rest, feel like floating in the sky like a cloud, fill myself with new energy and get back to work. The entire Universe showers it’s positive energy to rejuvenate my mind and soul.
Meditation is the connection with the self and the creator. The word meditation is derived from the Latin word meditari which means to concentrate. Our minds continuously work on the problems and bring out the positive solutions.
Meditation is an age-old concept. Since the emergence of the humankind the human was well aware of the meditation, that he practices in the different forms. No doubt the early human was considered amok, but he was sensitive enough to live in harmony with his fellow beings. He consciously or unconsciously was well connected with Creator, as his priority was to grow food to satisfy his hunger. He was away from the vices that braced the human beings as they get connected to one another and enter into various relationships in the form of the family or friends, the human nature declined to the extent that he became slave to the materialistic world, without realizing the fact that he is the part the same Creator, with whose children he is developing wrong competition.

All the skills are learnable skills, even we learn to walk, speak, eat in proper manner, read, write etc. etc. from our parents. We repetitively do these tasks till these become the part and parcel of our daily routine. Changes due to practice and experience, which are relatively permanent, are illustrative of learning. Different religions, sects, cults and groups have their own methods of meditation. They teach the concept of meditation in different forms.
Meditation is connecting ourselves with our creator. During meditation we are in the direct connection with the Almighty. Our connection is direct, pure and immediate.
