Overcome the fear of unforeseen
Life is unpredictable for almost all of us. What would happen next, creates the maximum fears and havoc in our minds.
The events, incidents and happenings, that never happen and would never deem to take place, excite more to all of us. We live in a constant fear of the untoward incidents, without realizing the fact that we missed to live the most precious moments of our lives.When the children are young, they remain in the fear of the outcome of their studies or other performances, as grown we keep on running after the earnings, and live in the fear of losing those, we don’t even realize when we have become the part of the rat race. In the name of being practical, we become materialistic, forget about our emotions and the emotions of the other persons who are attached to us. In the fear of losing those, we keep on holding them tightly, and forget to give space to them to live. Even the plants need proper space to grow and flourish.
Life is full of uncertainties, most of us live in the clutches of unforeseen incidents. We are part of the imaginary world and live in it most of the times. Present is the gift but we prefer to live either in past or future, our whole life revolves around the fear of happenings that never happened till date. We attract bad, due to our negative thinking, what we have learnt from past experiences, we remain in constant fear of attracting the wrong and baseless, the law of attraction is perfect and absolute, whatever we attract and thinks about, we get that stuff or series of events in our lives. One must be careful in one’s thought process, whatever our conscious mind conveys, our subconscious mind receives and stores the same in it considering the information true and authentic, because it rarely analyzes between good and bad.
Fantasies are good because they give us happiness for some time, able us to forget the past happenings and help us to move on from our hardest times, but when the same take the shape of unfulfilled desires, the person feels dejected, ignored, neglected and surrendered to the situations. It’s not bad to have dreams in our eyes, we forget most of the dreams that we have while sleeping , only few remain in our minds that too are short-lived, but the dreams that we have in our open eyes, do not let us to sleep, leave a great impact on our minds and likely to fulfill if worked in that direction.Fear of losing our loved ones sometimes overpowers our mind, give us sleepless nights, but the prayers are the best answers to it. We have no option other than to trust our Creator, believing in ‘HIM’ not only give solace to our minds but also energize us to face all type of situations.
I have seen the families in the pathetic state of mind, while their only concern is that how they will marry their daughters, when they have nothing with them, as it’s hard for them to make their two ends meet. One of the parents of such families is often suffering from a deadly disease, sons do not want to do menial works as they are eighth grade pass and need jobs as per their education. There is only one breadwinner in such families, he or she goes out for work and brings a small amount of money to give food to the family, whereas others sit and live in the fear of losing the only breadwinner or his work and waiting for the opportunities to work for themselves. On the other hand, there are similar type of families in the same condition but they believe in hard work, do not worry about their future, they believe in earnings and savings, they live in present, this attitude make them to live enthusiastically in their lives and make them capable to face the challenges of life happily and positively.
People are confused about their future, their earnings, well-being, financial status etc., especially during COVID-19. Couple of days back I was in virtual meeting with almost two hundred school teachers, at the end of the meeting there was an interactive session, the major issue of discussion was what would happen when the students come back to their schools? What would be the mental state of the children, teachers and their parents? For them it would be difficult for them to adjust the students in class, at present they are preparing the assignments and delivering the same online, how would they make their students to follow the preventions necessary for keeping bay the most contagious disease? Besides this the biggest fear of the teachers is that how would they keep their students away from the social media, which was once considered biggest toxin in the society. Ironically the teachers or school authorities who never allow their students to bring the cell phones to schools are telling them to take the classes on same. After the opening of the schools how they would ask them to do the reverse and once again they would have to make them aware about the pros and cons of social media, tell them about the limitations of it’s use. No doubt we have all the information regarding the whole of the world in the small device we are holding in our hand, but the fact remains how much the information available is useful to us. The parents, education imparters once more have to draw the limitations for that . If the persons in advance make the preparations for that, to impart the correct knowledge, I think the fear of unknown can be overcome. The statements given by the teachers of any educational institutes are considered true and obeyed maximum number of times. Parents are also bemused about the future of their children that how would they send their children to schools. The uncertainties and fears have no end in the life. The lame predications make the persons to live in continuous fear.
Each one of us has learnt and experienced new things during this pandemic, there are persons also who have come out their comfort zones, there are still who has slipped in the comfort zones, while waiting for their pervious assignments, each one of us has the capability to break the glass shield around us, to explore our best potential. Since the ages the most of the people lived in the fear of unknown. These fears are created because the people are unsecure, ignorant and do not prepare themselves for any type of failures, whereas the failures are the part and parcel of the life, these are the tests which check us how strong we are to try once again. Failures are not those who try again and again but those who give up, moreover every unsuccessful person is successful in a unique way of its own. The history shows that the early man used to beat the dark after the sunset with the sticks till the dawn of the next day, believing that they had been successful in throwing away the darkness of night, this was their daily course, as they were ignorant about the fact that every night is followed by the day. The best entrepreneur is he who, who do not shatter with the fluctuations in the market. The big business houses are seen to come to an end after the demise of its founder father, due to main two reasons one they were always in the fear of losing the market and second, they failed to make their children capable enough, who can carry forward their business and add more laurels to the same. They have wasted their time in predicting the future only. Today is in our hand, it’s also slipping from our hands in fast speed, we can hold it but we can make the maximum and optimum use of it. No one can predict one’s future, the persons who think they know about their future, they are more bewildered.
Human race survived when there was no treatment for any type of disease. All of us are here on this planet for a limited period of time, no one is here for forever if we live with this fact in our mind, we shall not postpone our tasks on tomorrow or day after that, and prefer to live in Today, I think we won’t have to worry about the unforeseen, as no one can predict the future, only the positive thought process give us the energy to lead a beautiful and wonderful life.
