Soaking Energy
We often observe during our visit to countryside, the children of all ages playing in open grounds on the hot summer day. They are seen playing cricket in the scorching heat, without even realizing that ultraviolet rays can enter their body and cause various types of skin diseases, unlike the urban children who sit in air-conditioned rooms, play indoor games, that too with the movement of their fingers, without moving the rest of their body, they get sunburns quickly may be due less exposure to the sun. The reapers are reaping the crops in scorching heat, sun is directly shining over their heads. They absorb the golden rays in abundance and never feel like going low or down. They soak the maximum energy in their bodies, for this reason they come out of their houses each day and give themselves the cause to work harder in their lives. The sun kissed women are earning the titles like Miss universe, Miss earth, Miss world etc. Peasants face the wrath of every season to protect their cultivation and to feed everyone directly or indirectly.
During corona virus pandemic in lockdown the whole world was locked in their houses, the people were spending time with their families, despite the fear of the uninvited intruder in few houses in the shape of virus.
The moon with its calmness, coolness, peacefulness and tranquility, soothed the mind of the people, who soaked and felt it’s energy giving property with the hopefulness of the best in the future. While standing on terrace and looking at the moon, may be the habit of many persons. But waiting for the moon every day is not every one’s habit or routine. When my daughter was out from the home quarantine, all of us were standing on the terrace of our house, the very first words while looking at the full moon, she uttered were that she has not taken the energy from the moon from so many days, with a smile on her face, she looked at the lunar beauty and felt rejuvenated and full of energy. We all moved our eyes towards moon and felt as if it was saying everything is fine and filling us with new energy.
Sky is limitless, with a plenty of stars, as a young child whenever I looked at the sky it always surprised me that there were a number of stars floating in the sky with their families, looking down towards me, I used to focus my eyes on one particular star and fell asleep. In the morning I use to find them but due to sun light no stars were there, I used to ask my grandfather where the stars have gone, his reply was that they had gone to sleep after giving sleep in your eyes, disappeared to appear again. Making me fresh and giving the reason to wake up in the morning, so that on the following night I can again find the same star, but in actual, I was receiving the energy, that drag me towards tomorrow, and to enjoy the moment, presence of my being.
We also come across the scenes where the children are taking bath in brooks, they have swimming skills better than others, especially those who have learnt the same, while spending a lot of amounts in the municipal pools or gyms or hotels, that have the same facility. Water is energy giving to all of us, satisfy our thirst when we feel thirty, it takes away our tiredness when it’s drops sprinkled over our face on a hot summer day, it fills our body with freshness and provides the energy to work more, do more. Bathing with cold or hot water always leaves the freshening effect, contrast bath has unique properties in it that relieves us from tiredness, itchy skin, aching joints and in many cases also regulates our bowl. Rain water washes away all the vegetation around to make it brighter, shiner and greener.
The green color gives a pleasant energy, freshening and soothing effect to our eyes, and the greens that we consume gives nutrients to our body to work. We breathe in air, it gives us the energy to soak oxygen from it, for breathing properly. Oxygen that we consume, while breathing spreads in our blood to produce energy, to make our body function properly. We soak the energy from different modes on our daily basis to make our body and mind stress free.
The nature has bestowed on us in abundance, it’s the giver, we are the seekers. We daily seek and forget, without a single word of gratitude. We just pass away, complaining about petty things. Gratitude is in itself is an energy that attracts more in our life and keeps our mind clear from the vices and take us closer to our creator.
Splashing in a muddy pool is again a fun giving activity. When my daughter was young, she loved to splash her feet in the pool of mud, she used to jump in it till she got her shoes and dress smudged with it, the similar acts were also done by my son. Now they are grown up and surprise at their acts, this reminds me of my own childhood also when I love to hold the sand in my hands and pour the same on my tiny feet to make the castles. At times I also tried to hold the rain in my hands and tried to sip it. Many times, we come across the children trying to hold sand in their little fists and washing their hands with muds. The cool breeze freshens our body and mind, its invisible touches rejuvenate us. I always feel moving with the floating clouds, whether dark or light in color during day or night make me feel as if, I am also floating with it. It’s the energy in its own way that give us message to flow, flow with the time to forget all worries and attract the new hues to our lives.
We all soak energy in our bodies, through nature, that rejuvenate our mind, fill it with new energy till it depletes, we get the urge to soak that energy again like we take water to quench our thirst or have our meals in hunger. Our mind and body have time clocks, which reminds them to receive the energy, we spontaneous go to the source to take that. Many people feel the urge to go on the mountains or to foreign lands or visit their friends or relatives or to play various sports to channelize their energy to recreate new energy, many people work for couple of hours and feel low in energy, they need rest during day also to recollect their energy.
We also get energy and motivation from the lives of others, famous quotes, parents, children, friends, relatives, from the famous personalities, their quotes and life styles. The real-life stories leave a great impact on our minds in various forms, give us the energy to move forward in our lives. Above all we seek the energy from the Creator, the Supreme to solve all our problems.
We all need various types of energies and those we receive from various sources of nature itself. These are the life-giving forces, and rejuvenate us on the daily basis. The quick tip to come out of worries, stress or whenever feeling low, look at the moon, seek the energy, talk to it, leave the burden and stress to it, spend some time looking at it, you will feel healthy, loved and cared.
